Collateral Murder - Wikileaks - Iraq

Wikileaks has obtained and decrypted this previously unreleased video footage from a US Apache helicopter in 2007. It shows Reuters journalist Namir Noor-Eldeen, driver Saeed Chmagh, and several others as the Apache shoots and kills them in a public square in Eastern Baghdad. They are apparently assumed to be insurgents. After the initial shooting, an unarmed group of adults and children in a minivan arrives on the scene and attempts to transport the wounded. They are fired upon as well. The official statement on this incident initially listed all adults as insurgents and claimed the US military did not know how the deaths ocurred. Wikileaks released this video with transcripts and a package of supporting documents on April 5th 2010 on http://collateralmurder.com

glazed plastic windows, external solar shading, heat insulation, fresh
air heat recovery, LED lighting, yearly HAVC A/C energy consumption
equivalent to 7 liters oil.

for fresh air reaches 95%-99.9%; air exchanged 1-2.5 times per hour, and
indoor air is 20x cleaner than out door air
1% Construction Waste: all components are factory made, construction
waste, mainly package materials, result from on site set-up only and
amount to 1% of the total weight of the building.
This is the first building in human history which combines almost all

Made of Illusion

Song: Made of Illusion
Artist: XЯÆŸI
Album: Paper Flowers as Murder Weapons (Self Released EP)
Video: Scenes from the movie "Angel-A" by Luc Besson

Trivia: Song was written around the time the film was released but had nothing to do with it actually. It's just an amazing film, in an amazing city, directed amazingly which somehow fitted with our song. Made of Illusion is about an interpretation of true love. How two totally different people can complete each other and how wrong our search for "perfection" and compatibility can be.

Info About Angel-A: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0473753/

Lyrics:
This is a story about two different worlds
Two different people, two different souls
This is a story about you and me
And this is what you see

We live in a small house on the rent
Wed like to have a nice car but we cant
We spent our whole lives working hard
Cause wed like to live a better life in our heart
We are all Made of Illusion

Nothings complete
And noone is perfect
Thats why I loved you
Always and never

We live in a purple cloud in the sky
Wed like to have a nice walk, but we fly
We spend our whole life making love
Cause were just sick and tired of the world
After all you said love is confusion
We are all Made of Illusion

Nothings complete
And noone is perfect
Thats why I loved you
Always and never

Made
Made of Illusion

This is a story about two different worlds
Two different people, two different souls
This is a story about you and me
And you were meant for me

Looking Back at an Eclipsed Earth

Credit: Mir 27 Crew; Copyright: CNES

Here is what the Earth looks like during a solar eclipse. The shadow of the Moon can be seen darkening part of Earth. This shadow moved across the Earth at nearly 2000 kilometers per hour. Only observers near the center of the dark circle see a total solar eclipse - others see a partial eclipse where only part of the Sun appears blocked by the Moon. This spectacular picture of the 1999 August 11 solar eclipse was one of the last ever taken from the Mir space station. The two bright spots that appear on the upper left are thought to be Jupiter and Saturn. Mir was deorbited in a controlled re-entry in 2001.

Lo Fidelity Allstars - Battleflag

In Protest

Taking their desires to be heard to the streets, thousands of protesters and demonstrators around the world have recently been marching, shouting, praying, and engaging in both theater and violence to make their points. From quiet, prayerful requests for peace in Mexico to the violent takeover of an office building in London to student demonstrators in Chile and gay rights activists making a statement to the Pope in Spain, the past two months has been full of protest. Their reasons are many - anger with austerity measures, frustration with incumbent governments and globalization, frustration with policies in other countries - even protests against other protesters. Collected here is a view of protests and demonstrations around the world over the past two months.

1. An activist from the women rights organization "Femen" shouts at an Interior Ministry officer as she takes part in a rally to support Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, by the Iranian embassy in Kiev, November 3, 2010.
